We primarily use Fedex ground service. Our website is setup to ship to non-PO shipping addresses in the continental US only. For all other locations, please call us at 800 366-1898 or 818 882-2408. Remember, there is no charge for shipping on all orders within the continental US.
Can I get tracking on my delivery?
Every order that comes with an email address receives an email with tracking info. Please email service@beverlybay.com or call (800) 366-1898 and we will be happy to look it up.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders that come from stock ship within 1 business day. If the product is a custom-fit application, it will generally take 7-12 days to produce and ship the order. You will be notified with a FedEx # when the item leaves our factory.
